Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy: Pacific Tutorials is committed to providing exceptional service in a timely manner. Cancellations without sufficient notice prevent us from serving other students and impact the quality of our service. To ensure a consistent and fair approach, we have implemented a cancellation policy that will be strictly observed. ---------------------------------------- 2. Session Bookings: Students can book sessions through our booking calendar by selecting a time that fits their schedule. Upon booking, you will receive an email with session details and further instructions. ---------------------------------------- 3. Cancellation Requests: Cancellation requests must be submitted through the booking portal or via email. Please refer to our Refund Policy below for details on cancellations and refunds. Rescheduling of Sessions: Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session. Rescheduled sessions must be used within 30 days of the original session date, or the payment will be forfeited, and the session availability will lapse. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further information. ---------------------------------------- 5. Emergency Situations: In cases of genuine emergencies, we will work with you to reschedule the session. Please notify us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate. No refunds will be issued for sessions canceled or rescheduled due to emergencies. ---------------------------------------- 6. Refund Policy: - Single Sessions: Single session payments are non-refundable, though sessions can be rescheduled within the next 30 days. Reschedule request must be made and will be accepted up to 24 hours. - Multiple Sessions: Requests made up to 48 hours prior: Refund requests are subject to a 25% administration fee based on the hourly rate. - Requests made 24 to 48 hours prior: Refund requests are subject to a 50% administration fee based on the hourly rate. - Requests made within 24 hours up to 4 hours prior: Refund requests are subject to a 75% administration fee based on the hourly rate. - Requests within 4 hours on the day of, or after the session: No refunds will be issued. ---------------------------------------- Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide consistent, high-quality service to all students!
